Księstwo Czocha – perspektywy

Księstwo tworzy przyjazną przestrzeń, w której każdy, kto zechce działać na rzecz wypromowania ziemi lubańskiej i czerpać z tego korzyści, znajdzie swoje miejsce. Los księstwa zależy od „pozytywnych wariatów”, których szalone pomysły, wiara w sukces i zapał do pracy staną się  przysłowiowym koniem pociągowym projektu. Trzeba podkreślić bardzo wyraźnie, że strona internetowa Księstwa Czocha  nie jest wyłączną domeną starostwa powiatowego. Ona ma służyć wszystkim zainteresowanym współpracą. Jej charakter nie jest ostateczny. Chcemy, aby ewoluowała i zmieniała się pod wypływem oddolnych impulsów. W ramach księstwa powstanie specjalny system oznakowań i logotypów, pojawią się różnorodne materiały promocyjne oraz będą organizowane rozmaite imprezy nawiązujące tematycznie do idei projektu. Administratorem projektu jest starostwo powiatowe w Lubaniu. Jego rola jako koordynatora i animatora wielu działań będzie miała kapitalny charakter.  Mając na uwadze realny znaczny potencjał turystyczny  ziemi lubańskiej oraz fakt, że analogiczne projekty w Czechach i w Polsce odniosły sukces, Księstwo Czocha  ma szansę stać się nową, rozpoznawalną marką dolnośląskiej turystyki.

The duchy creates a welcoming space, in which everyone who wishes to work for the promotion of the Lubań area and benefit from it, will find a place for themselves. The fate of the duchy depends on such ‘positive madmen’ whose crazy ideas, belief in success and enthusiasm for work will become a proverbial carthorse of this project. It should be emphasized very clearly that the website of the Czocha Duchy is not an exclusive domain of the county. It is aimed at everyone eager to cooperate. Its character is not ultimate. We want it to evolve and change under the influence of bottom-up impulses. Within the idea of the duchy, there will be a special system of signs and logos, a variety of promotional materials, and various events referring to the idea of this project. The administrator of the project is the Poviat Starosty in Lubań. Its role in coordinating and animating numerous operations will be of capital nature. Bearing in mind the real, significant tourist potential of the Lubań area and the fact that similar projects in the Czech Republic and have been successful, the Czocha Duchy has a chance to become a new recognisable brand of Lower Silesian tourism.

Das Fürstentum bildet einen freundlichen Raum, in dem jeder, der zugunsten der Promotion des Landes von Lubań tätig sein will und davon Vorteile schöpfen möchte, wird seinen Platz finden. DasSchicksal des Fürstentums hängt von den „positiven Verrückten“ ab, deren wahnsinnige Ideen, Glaube an den Erfolg und Begeisterung für die Arbeit dassprichwörtliche Zugpferd des Projektes sein werden. Man muss ausdrücklichunterstreichen, dass die Internetseite des Fürstentums Tzschochakeineausschließliche Domäne des Landkreisamtes Lubań ist. Sie soll nur allen, an der Zusammenarbeit interessierten Menschen dienen. Ihr Charakter ist endgültig. Wir wollen, dass sie sich unter dem Einfluss der von unten kommenden Impulsen entwickelt und ändert. Im Rahmen des Fürstentums entsteht ein spezielles System der Kennzeichnungen und Logotypen, es werden verschiedene Promotionsmaterialien erscheinen und diverse thematisch an dieIdee des Projektes anknüpfende Veranstaltungenorganisiert. DasLandratsamt Lubań ist der Verwalter des Projektes. Seine Rolle als Koordinator und Animateur vieler Aktivitäten wird einen Grundcharakter haben. Unter Berücksichtigung des realen, bedeutenden, touristischen Potentials hat das Fürstentum Tzschochadie Chance ein neues erkennbares Markenzeichen des Fremdenverkehrs von Dolny Śląsk zu werden.

Knížectví vytváří příznivý prostor, ve kterém každý, kdo chce podpořit propagaci lubańského kraje a čerpat z toho výhody, najde místo pro sebe. Osud knížectví závisí na „pozitivních bláznech”, jejichž šílené nápady, víra v úspěch a pracovní zápal se stanou příslovečnými tahouny projektu. Je třeba jednoznačně zdůraznit, že internetová stránka Knížectví Czocha není výhradní doménou okresního úřadu. Má sloužit všem zájemcům o spolupráci. Její charakter není konečný. Chceme, aby se vyvíjela a měnila pod vlivem podnětů zdola. V rámci knížectví vznikne speciální systém značek a logotypů, budou zhotoveny různé propagační materiály a budou se pořádat různé akce tématicky navazující na myšlenku projektu. Administrátorem projektu je okresní úřad v Lubani. Jeho role koordinátora a animátora mnoha aktivit bude mít zásadní charakter. S ohledem na reálný značný turistický potenciál lubańského kraje a skutečnost, že podobné projekty v České republice a v Polsku měly úspěch, Knížectví Czocha má šanci stát se novou, rozpoznatelnou značkou dolnoslezské turistiky.
